Who we are
Family Continuity is a program of RFM Digital, located at 1395 Piccard Dr Ste 200, Rockville, MD 20850. This policy covers familycontinuity.rfmdigitals.com, an informational marketing site describing the Family Continuity program to funeral homes. What this site collects
The honest headline: this site itself collects no personal information. There are no forms on it, it sets no cookies of its own, and it runs no analytics scripts. You can read every page without giving us anything.
The break-even calculator runs entirely in your browser. The service volume, contact rates, and dollar figures you enter stay on your device. We do not transmit or store your calculator entries.
Hosting and technical data
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs as part of delivering and securing the site. We do not control this processing beyond configuring the hosting service, and we do not receive a personal profile of your visit from it.
Embedded video and personalized links
The /watch page embeds a video using Cloudflare Stream. The video player may process technical or viewing data needed to play the video. If you reached that page through a personalized link we sent you, your viewing progress may be associated with that link so we can follow up with you appropriately.
The booking page
Booking a walkthrough happens on a separate scheduling page at link.rfmdigitals.com, operated on the HighLevel/LeadConnector platform. Information you submit there, including your name, email, phone number, and scheduling details, is used to schedule and conduct the requested consultation and related follow-up. If you consent to SMS communication, that consent is collected and governed on that scheduling page.
How we use and share information
Where information is collected, on the booking page, we use it to schedule and conduct the consultation you requested and to follow up with you about Family Continuity. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate, namely our hosting provider, our scheduling and CRM platform, and the tools we use to communicate with you. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as scheduling your consultation, following up with you, and meeting our own recordkeeping and legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us at any time to access, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided to us. Where applicable state privacy laws give you additional rights, we will honor those rights on request.
Email and SMS opt-out
If you receive email or text messages from us, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message or using the unsubscribe link in an email.
Children
Family Continuity is a business-to-business program directed at funeral home operators and staff. This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change.
