Informational purpose
This site, including its break-even calculator, is provided for general information about the Family Continuity program. It is intended to help a funeral home understand how the program works and think through its own numbers, not to serve as a complete description of any program terms.
The calculator is a planning model, not a guarantee
Calculator results are illustrative planning models built from assumptions you can edit. They are not a promise, forecast, or guarantee of revenue, completed plans, or any other performance outcome. Change the inputs and the outputs change. Treat the results as a starting point for your own planning, using your own numbers.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or insurance advice. Consult your own advisors before making decisions based on anything you read or calculate here.
No offer or binding commitment
Nothing on this site creates an offer, a binding commitment, or a contract. Program terms for clients are governed exclusively by a separately signed services agreement between RFM Digital and the funeral home. Where anything on this site and the services agreement conflict, the services agreement controls.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, and the calculator itself, is owned by RFM Digital unless otherwise noted. You may view and use this content for your own personal or business evaluation of the Family Continuity program. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it for any other purpose without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content from this site, not to misuse the site or its calculator, and not to interfere with the site's normal operation or security.
Third-party sites and services
This site links to and embeds services we do not operate, including a scheduling page on the HighLevel/LeadConnector platform and a video player powered by Cloudflare Stream. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, not this one.
Disclaimer of warranties
This site and its content, including the calculator, are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be brought in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.

Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in full effect.
